Day 31 - The last day. I made it all the way through. I am very proud of myself (I didn't think I would have interest that long).
When I started this challenge, I didn't know what to expect. Heck, I didn't even know how to do the challenge. But, with a little guidance, here I am at the finish line with my cute little badge (thanks
Tiffany. I have met some wonderful, awesome, fantastic ladies that I will definitely be
stalking commenting on for a very long time. It was great to see how diverse yet so very similar we are, even though we are spread out all over the country. I really have enjoyed learning about their lives and opening up my life for them to see. For my self portrait, I decided to include my family. We went ice skating a couple of days ago.
Side note: I didn't fall. Even though I haven't been ice skating in 17 years and this was only my second time to ice skate! Small victories!!
Ohh, braver than I! I wonder if I would fall, I have only been ice skating a few times myself, and that was in high school! :D I enjoyed reading your posts, obviously! I had fun with this challenge!!
ReplyDeleteI kept having to tell myself "it will hurt when you fall, stay upright" I am so glad I got to meet you and find out how much we have in common. Can't wait to find out more. :)
DeleteLove your family pic! We can never get a good one since my tot would rather be behind the camera.

Thanks, It's very rare to get us all in the same photo.
DeleteIt's been so fun getting to know you during this challenge! I feel like summer camp has ended and we all have to go home now, LOL. I've got you on my blogroll and I'll totally still be reading from here on out!
ReplyDeleteHaha!! I feel the same way about it being summer camp. I loved getting to know you too. I definitely will be keeping up with you.
DeleteNice looking family! I will miss the challenge. Hope to see you around the internet
ReplyDeleteThanks! Paula you will definitely see me. :)
DeleteCongrats on finishing the challenge--I did, too! It was fun to make some new blog-friends along the way. :-)
ReplyDeleteCongrats to you too. It was a really fun challenge. I can't wait to keep up with all my new friends now.
DeleteYou've got a great looking family there ;0) You're so very welcome for the challenge and the badge, you all deserve it. You've been great and I've enjoyed getting to know you. I hope you'll participate in the next one, when I decide when I'll do one. Take care :)
ReplyDeleteDefinitely! I am keeping up with your blog.
DeleteHow cute are ya'll?! That's my Southern-talk for you all slipping out, lol. I'd LOVE to go ice skating with my children. I've been once, in my entire life, and it was inside an arena in New Orleans, LA....so hot outside. I think I wore shorts and a t-shirt. I've loved getting to know you through the challenge and will definitely be back visiting. :-)
ReplyDeleteOooh, I love when Southern accents come out!! I had only been once before, when my husband and I were dating. It ended with me tripping over a kid that cut me off, and falling. I'm glad I decided to give it another try. I have loved getting to know you. Consider yourself warned that I will definitely be on your blog.
DeleteLovely picture! It has been so nice getting to know you through these challenges! I will definitely be stalking you through your blog.
ReplyDeleteThanks! I have loved getting to know you too, Cole. I am so glad there is another stalker to join forces with. :)
DeleteYou've got a stalker here! :) hee hee
ReplyDeleteYay!! You are hilarious!! You are so on my people I stalk list.
